FWIW I'm in Central London on my narrowboat. For the last few days I've been chugging through the city. One after another of empty office space.
Everyone working from home including close relative who is I/c current accounts at one of the big five banks.
Remember (a couple of years ago) when DDC was 'investing' in commercial property (AND paying people to advise them!).
