I find this rather confusing as an atheist is not really qualified to give spiritual guidance.
"We invite applicants from practising candidates experienced within a recognised world faith group or recognised non-religious group, and who are accountable within their particular faith or non-faith community.
The ideal candidate will have significant proven experience, preferably working within a chaplaincy setting in the NHS, which should be matched by the ability to demonstrate past delivery of spiritual and pastoral care to people irrespective of denomination and faith, including those of no faith."
