The post you are reporting:
I have answered this many times will try again
of course its best mr ripley continues to deflect away from talkling about useless UKIP but i will answer anyway,,,,,,,,,,,,
As gary c says and even peter R agrees cllrs/interested people work together in the interests of the community
no matter who they are.
In that instance the MP has some influence(whether they use it or not)and reg is quite right to use every method possible in the interests of the community.
now moving to mr henderson, he is as iv said a passionate socialist, and from my meetings with him he hates tories full stop.
now, i'v always believed that to work together wherever you can gets better results, and this often happens at KCC and DDC
the other reason it's good to know what the enemy is up to lol
you only know that by talking to them.
mr henderson probably doesn't agree
Of course Mr Hansell was shafted by the local/national labour party in his KCC seat, and so chose to leave the party
and stood as an indy(that also his choice)
Mr henderson would do better to work on why the labour party allowed some of its most respected/hard working cllrs leave the labour party, without trying to talk them into staying.
but again its easy to write to local papers.
