  I always like to be fair in debates,
  we are in a system at the moment where the health service is spending more than it can afford thus the big debts they have.
  
  everyone wants every kind of facility to be provided on there doorstep, those days have long gone.
  
  thus why dover will probably never get the full monty hospital(or anything new way things are going)
