    I fail to understand why the NHS is more important than the quality of care provided. Patients should be the priority not that huge inefficient NHS monstrosity.

    I say again who provides the care does not matter - the only thing that matters is the quality of the health outcomes and treatment and it being free at the point of delivery available to all.

    We will not get decent healthcare until we get shot of the NHS.
