  Many people make a profit from ill-health from our family doctors to the companies that produce new drugs and treatments to private medical insurers, private hospitals and what about the companies that make hospital beds..... etc etc etc
  
  There is nothing wrong with profit, it makes the world go around and we must thank it because of the massive role it has played in eradicating disease. Profit was the motive behind the treatments that made my wife comfortable in her final months and behind the blood pressure tabs that I take.
