  I think what you are saying is what individuals do at the ballot box Jan, I am referring to party lines which just tell members how to put the case for remaining or leaving. It just seems strange that a party that has always told its members what to do is the only one that hasn't on this issue.
  
  Just to confuse things I have been watching an interview on Newsnight a little while ago where they interviewed the Labour Mayoral candidate for London. true old labour,son of a bus conductor, brought up on a council estate, worked hard to better himself and clearly understood the worries of working people. Then admits that he is pro the EU since Corbyn changed his coat.
