Anyone who takes Imperial College seriously better not be put in charge of a country. Hang on...

I thought this thread was purely for the Captain's thoughts, even the title is a bit odd.

I thought it was so he could show how well he did on the sensitivity and diversity awareness courses

It's about PC in high places and wokeness on the streets (oh, and some gleeful self-satisfaction at the likely consequences for others of a pinheaded, panicked economic policy). How strange that someone with such obvious political prescience wasn’t able to foresee how a party that began it’s own woke and haute-PC journey back in 2005 would, when in government, choke on its dummy and force the rest of us into swaddling clothes at the first sign of trouble.

I note that one of the slogans at the top of that monument states that “ we need a new world “, well, they’re not wrong there, one perhaps where, just for starters, blacks don’t murder, rape and torture white farmers and their families in South Africa for instance?
And at the time of this desecration what were the PC boys in blue doing about this, bugger all of course is the answer, apart from going down on one knee! Still, with a PC, Common Purpose, lesbo called “Dick” in charge of operations what else should we expect?
