  Thanks for the link Howard; in there, is a sentence:
  
  "the first-past-the-post electoral system is likely to deny the party (UKIP) any more than a handful of MPs.
  
  So this demonstrates quite easily that UKIP will not form a Goverrnment and will NOT take us out of Europe.
  
  The only way to get out of the EU is to vote Tory - even if people vote tactically, it's the only way to achieve what the
