The Conservative strategy has been to highlight how a divided right will get Milliminor in as PM.
The point is that those moving the UKIP from Labour are the same type of voters who moved from labour to Conservative getting Mrs T elected in 1979.
Now Labour are confirming that the 'Vote UKIP get Labour' Conservative strategy is spot-on.

I think the last two paragraphs are the most accurate, a lot of traditional red voters went to UKIP back in May.
What nobody knows is how many of previously staunch red/blue voters will revert to their original party next year, I suspect more blues will return to the fold.

Absolute panic in the tory ranks.
Lets get this right: tory voters are anti EU, anti immigration, pro grammar schools, anti foreign aid and pro defence. In other words they stand for everything Cameron doesn't.
However, like the obedient sheep they are they vote tory for fear of letting in Labour by the side door.
Tribalism pure and simple, no conscience, no national interest, just a blind, unthinking, sheep like attitude.
Barry, I've always credited you with intelligence and clear thinking, I can't remember the last time you had anything POSITIVE to say about the Conservative Party. Voters are leaving the tories in droves to vote UKIP and Cameron can do nothing except promote a few lightweight females. Labour lite is what we call them.

A voice from the pass ABOVE.. and not true the only way we can get out of the EU is by voting blue back into power UKIP will not get power only a few MPS and if they get in they will have to vote with the blues if we get the vote in 2017..
And if that happens and we come out under with the blues in power it will be the end of UKIP they will go the same way as the LEB/DEM.

David - sheep, blind and unthinking - no far from it. Realism is what it is. UKIP does not have a programme with a broad enough appeal to win an election, neither does it have the troops on the ground or an established power base strong enough.
UKIP may have policies more in tune with me than Cameron but being a party of government means having a 'broad church' appeal and that means I must be willing and adult enough to compromise accepting part of the cake is better than no cake.
The 'real and present danger' that Labour present to this country alone should be enough to rally the 'right thinking' (in every sense) behind Cameron.

But Barry you will be voting for more of the same, Cameron is staunchly pro EU, even if (and its a big if) he holds a referendum he'll campaign to stay in.
More foreign aid, continued open borders, no grammar schools, more EU bureaucracy, if that's what you want then vote conservative.
I don't therefore I won't. You don't but you will, absolutely baffling. We're in the mindless situation where millions of allegedly intelligent and responsible people will be voting for what they don't want, simply because they don't like the opposition, even though there's a fag paper between them.
Tribalism pure and simple, the ruination of our country.

The first line in the opening post sums up the current political climate perfectly.
All the parties are concentrating on attacking their opponents rather than offering a vision of the future - that's how it was in the European election and looks likely to repeat itself next May.

That's not true of UKIP at all, our position is clear:
Leave the EU
Introduce visa/points system re immigration
Reintroduce grammar schools
End inheritance tax
Pay no tax on minimum wage
Cut foreign aid from £13bn pa to £3bn to cater for emergencies.

No David
I will be voting for a majority Conservative government in which the majority of MPs will be highly Euro-sceptic and, in fact, the most Euro-sceptic government since 1972 accession.
That is a very different beast to this coalition.
I am also voting against the greater EU intergration a Limpdem/Labour regime will inflict and the economic chaos guaranteed to result from a Labour led administration.

Barry, this is the problem you face, the Tory hierarchy are miles apart from the membership. You are in denial if you think the majority of MPs are "highly euro sceptic".

UkIP were as bad as the others in the run up to the European elections, even our new MEP said a vote for the blues would let the reds in.

David Little I am disappointed with you! Am I that big a threat that you had to unfriend me on facebook for asking a question?
After mocking and trying to humiliate me a few months ago when I objected to the racist post on your page and you called me over sensitive and accused me of making a mountain out of a mole hill. A few months later you start sniveling that you don't like the racist undertones of some people who post on your page. What changed. you accepted a 'bomb da bastards' post regarding economic migrants. Make your mind up! Or is it a ukip clean up act?

Fact.
The conservative party never got a majority government, even after the most pathetic labour government in history, in 2010 .
The conservatives will not have a majority in 2015 even if ukip never existed.
So no referendum from EU Dave,,, your dreaming Barry
The liberal party refugees will go to the labour party.
The only hope for uk EU out ,is if ukip get the old labour vote ,and disenchanted conservatives.
Barry you voted for EU Dave for party leader, you need to wise up politically if you want this country out of the EU

The prime minister already has a good lady. Unlike M. Hollande who has two bad ones, possibly more.

I understand joke, but you need some British woman to sort out England. The one you have belongs to Germany.

The latest article blows a hole in the vote UKIP get Labour myth. Eventually the tories are going to have to come up with a positive message.
Answers on a postcard please.

Cameron's pledge to reduce migrant benefits is "an abuse of EU immigration law".
You getting the picture yet?
