Given that Mr Elphicke's (and not only Mr Elphicke's) right to a fair trial (scheduled for 29 June) has been... er... qualified ('temporarily', I'm sure) by forces loyal to Mr Johnson, I'm assuming it (the trial, that is) has been either postponed, moved to another court (proceedings at Southwark CC are currently suspended), or will be carried out from a distance using electronic gadgets. Anyone know which?
