I don't see how you can say that, as far as Labour is concerned they are seriously getting their act together. The antisemitism distraction is hopefully behind them and under Starmer they will be a force, make no mistake.
It was telling that Boris wanted to fight Corbyn and the Referendum at PMQs, because he knows the current party under Starmer will give him a run.

FFS Keef, nobodies starving in the UK.
Check your white privilege and look at the rest of the world! (sarcasm)
Meanwhile would you have preferred people of wealth keeping a load of peasants from starving (who are all now dead) or building such as Blenheim Palace or Versailles?

Blenheim is an excellent example of how the rich gorge themselves at the poor's expense. Not only had the land been enclosed by Henry I, it was gifted to the Marlboroughs by the crown, a good deal of the build money came from the state, i.e. the taxpayer, and workers' wages were repeatedly cut. A model of socialism for the rich that continues to this day.

(That tagging system's rather over eager. Even had the landlord of that London Road drinking establishment been the owner of substantial land in Oxfordshire, I doubt he'd have signed it over gratis to the Duke.)
