    What I find scandalous is that they spent seven hours debating this issue in the commons yesterday. That's seven hours of precious parliamentary time which could have been devoted to serious subjects.
    No surprise, however, that the debate was called by Lucas - she of the green party who recently announced that they intend removing the title Mr. and Mrs. from all their official forms.
    You couldn't make this stuff up could you?
    Greenies eh? Saving the planet, badgers and wasting our time on their madcap ideas.
