Keith have you read the budget book?I stand to be corrected but I read no increase in Police and Fire authorities budget .THe one big rise is council house rents and they have been increaseds under government guide lines .This will effect just under 5,000 people not everyone .

the issue is really about government cuts to councils whilst telling them to freeze council tax bills.

Central government have cut money to councils because labour spent out the uk credit card .
British council tax payers are paying for people that they never wanted,, or voted for to park there ass in this country on housing benefits.

The first line of your post 51 is correct, but by making comments as you are KeithB, you are bringing UKIP into disrepute. I support many of UKIPs sentiments, but it doesn't help your cause by saying "stick it up your box".
