    I too am confused and I have to be honest to say I have not heard of this before now.

    The only thing that I could say that Dover has, in preferential to us, is that we should have our own Job Centre back.

    Other than that, the towns are very different in many ways but that is down to the people of Deal and not because of preferential treatment by the Council.
