Dover born Foggy Finnis is the new Coxswain on Dover Lifeboat. Known to his mates as Foggy for reasons explained in the feature by Martin Collins.. NOW on the frontpage.. we wish him all the very best in his new and important role.
Great name that...Foggy Finnis. His real name though for the record books is Mark Finnis and he is a man with considerable experience as you can see detailed in the feature, those guys do a great job. Picture of Foggy on the frontpage too.
