From memory, is it still something to do with Dover Football Club?
It's Worthington Street and number 13 - 'Dover Army & Navy Store' was W. Wood & Son (Ironmongers), where I worked as a boy from 1961, when the shop was at number 4 opposite until 1978 when the business then named 'Woods Hardware' had re-located to 40-44 Pencester Road, now Poundland I believe?
