Dr Stellon administers to his patients. It is the Abbey Practice at Temple Ewell.
He is registered with the MCA to conduct seafarers medical exams and I go there every year or two to renew my ENG1 seafarers medical certificate. So far, so good, but last time I was restricted to not going more than 150 miles from land!
