And the building I was referring to was the Kittywake. They don't seem to understand that they will be busy at lunchtime. On both occasions when I walked out there was only one person on the bar with a huge queue forming. The second time in fact there wasn't a queue, just a load of people at the bar with no order of serving.

Looks like you were stood on the traffic island in Cheriton Road, at the roundabout Radnor Park Road, Cheriton Road, Broadmead Road and Central Station.
