Could have been a Howard picture, it's a bus destination, just not that far.

North End of Deal seafront just before you walk onto the golf course area? which I believe is still Sandown Road.

What I don't know is 4486. I'm trying to visualise it from ground level but failing.

No idea but going by the flat roof in the foreground I would guess up a hill and there are plenty in Dover.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

I've just been down to the Tattoo office in Worthington Street and looked up!
In the background is the brick plant room on the top of Boots. The foreground is the "island" between Worthington and Priory Street.
I can rest easy now, for a while at least.

Well, I know where. Coming to Dover from Deal, when you get to Canada Road you keep left and follow the coast road, it's along there. As to what it was I have no idea.

Previously used as a white house (Regency House).
Which was a care home.
