Oh I know that and the fact it overlooked the dock entrance (a fact the estate agent ignored to put in their property details) made us walk away

The location in post 3749 hasn't been fully explained either. It's on a small red brick structure near the S.W. corner of Lord Warden House, just where the entrance to the old Town Yard was. In all liklihood the plate was originally in one of the sheds that were built there in 1928 before being finally demolished in 1963.
