Howard, I took a walk along the lower alleyway this morning and found your photo location; it is the rear entrance of what I believe is St. Monicas.
The alleyway is still relatively clear of rubbish I'm pleased to say, just the odd pile of dog-poo, which I hope will be collected/picked up, when the street cleaner does his weekly clean.

Perhaps if you see the street cleaner Roger you could point him in the direction of the alley between Anstee and DeBurgh, it hasn't been swept for weeks.

Every street and pavement is supposed to be swept every week Jan. - some every day. If you know one that isn't, let me or your Councillor know and they will (should) write to waste services and get it done.

Terry that has been sent to DDC a few time recently by Alison,and I have a long list of places I visited todat with the New(ish) Town Centre Seargent while on a walk about today.
