Maxton. Elmsvale and Priory is the proper title of the ward Howard.
Looks like the flats - Shakespeare Court, bottom of Shakespeare Road, right next to my bungalow - were you standing on the wall ?

correct roger i was on the pavement and zoomed in.
this one is in sandgate road folkestone, there are 3 businesses operating from the ground floor, just need the name of one of them.
