- 30 June 2010 19:5858618Shouldn't they both be wearing hardhats, proper boots and high viz bibs? THree breaches of health nd safety regulations in one picture. A lesson to us all. Who is legally liable if one should have an accident?

usually it is trainers and a baseball cap.
the employers cover themselves with all the usual signs up about hard hats etc.
