    Kevin as far as I am aware Cineworld, M&S, and Frankie & Benny's have made no investment into DTIZ at all and have not budgeted for any future investment at this present time. They do have an agreement with an option to take up a lease on the DTIZ at some period in the future. I would suggest this is standard corporate speculative options rather than an assessed market potential.
