    No, we don't need a market Jan - not the one we have at the moment anyway, but I feel strongly that a good, well-run market, with between 30 and 40 stalls would be very beneficial to the Town, the established businesses here (because of increased footfall) and the residents and visitors.

    There is no reason why it couldn't be a success - for everyone; I have no idea why the current, responsible body for it can't/don't want to, run it as it should be run.

    I have no problem with Farmers Market type of stalls and produce and would promote their inclusion.
