Traffic was brought to a near halt today about mid day when suddenly into view came a horse drawn funeral procession. I think the procession must have come from the Port as I didnt notice it on Jubilee Way. Highly unusual to see such a thing on the main road from the UK's premier port. I couldnt help but think of Jeane as I think Jeane did show pictures of something similarly funereal a while back. There is a proper name for the horses and coach but it escapes me for the moment..
But here we are....
Horses in fine red plumage take centre stage on the dual carriageway
Followed by the main hearse
But oh..look at the traffic build-up. Nobody dared to pass it by. I wouldnt but would you??
