  Thanks Paul and as you know I have left many views, though sad that you think that an outright no would lead to a deterioration. like you awaiting the final plans and decisions, however, also feel that there is much education to be done to allow any formative views on the heights, seems that even a large majority of the residents in Dover are unaware of what the Western Heights are, my views are outlined in my posts on the other thread.
