    They can be put anywhere they do not need alot of room any playing field or reg/ground like River but not to far away from a build up area. costs it comes in many ,a starter one could cost about £5000. pounds up wards what you see above is one of the very best that you can buy ,you can buy them from companys overseas they do not cost so much and come up to the UK standards you can buy them out right or build them as you go along. The good thing about it all there is still lots of funds up and running to help any council get one.Thank you for asking,I have all the costs etc of both the UKbuild ones and the overseas one and all the photos that come with them and the lieouts of them.
