    roger,i agree with your last sentance.but with the last round of talks,the mooring party and two other units of harbour board ownedwhere outsoursed,remember the strike not so long ago,howmuch more will dhb dump so to speak before it all goes private.wheather the ddc has any substantal say in the matter is open to debate.dover does need to stand up for its self by making it self heard and understanding that the dhb has to consult and go with the wishes of the majority.
