I have never understood why there is a different charge of Death By Dangerous Driving as there is no charge of Death By Cycling or Stabbing, surely it could be covered by a charge of Manslaughter.

You only have to drive daily in Dover to see plenty on their phones,i,ve probably seen at least 5 today including the arrogant woman in the blue Bmw x5 4x4 on her phone everytime i see her.I do hope she soon cops a hefty fine.
