Wednesday 27th March
10.30am start
Join an easy walk, to discover how close the beautiful landscape of High Meadow, Whinless Down and the countryside beyond are to the town! Enjoy stunning views on a short walk from the built up areas. We start near the top, so there will not be too much ‘uphill’ to walk! The route includes some rough ground.
Donations appreciated. Afterwards, enjoy a drink at the Vine tearoom (please bring money if you want refreshments).
LEADER: Melanie Wrigley, White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (01304 241806 or 07880 706990). MEET: Inside reception at The Ark, Noah’s Ark Road, Dover, CT17 0DD. On Bus Route 63 (Northbourne Avenue). DISTANCE: 1- 1.5 miles (45-60 minutes). GRADE: 3. Dogs on leads (no dogs inside The Ark please).
