Betteshanger Park - Sunday 5th August 2018
Time: 10:00am - 6:00pm
We celebrate one of Betteshanger’s defining features at our annual Wind Festival.
Sit back and watch the pros from Kent Kite Flyers fill the sky with their colourful shapes and creations (11am-5pm). Bring along the family and enjoy a sunny day of kite-flying.
Make your own kite (£3, with kits provided by Kent Kite Flyers), sign up for a kite buggy workshop and learn how the power of wind generates electricity from our friends at Vattenfall.
Entry to the Event Village is free.
"We are living in very strange times, and they are likely to get a lot stranger before we bottom out"

The old Harbour station building at the A20 roundabout to the Western Docks. I wonder how many times you've passed it?

Been meaning to get out there, bands look much better than usual local pub fare.
