  Roger, is there anything the District Council would like to do NOW to engage in some special way to find any kind of work for unemployed people, other than the free market system that evidently chooses the healthy and capable who all work at a minimum wage and never complain and are never late? Because like it is now, it seems pointless. I think many people have given up the will to even work, and one may only read some comments that come out to understand why.
