Life is too short to get upset. The problem I have with UKIP is that learned economists have estimated that it would cost the UK far too much money in trade duties ,exports, labour etc pulling out than it would to remain in the EU and pay the petty £44million per day. If I thought the UK would gain any advantage from not being in the EU and it was proven I would consider it a viable option. As it stands I have not read any convincing arguments to the contrary.

So Marek, by what you say, I assume you choose to disregard the view of one of the UK`s most respected economist`s, Professor Tim Congdon CBE.?
Still, as he`s a UKIP supporter, I suppose in your eyes he can`t possibly be classed as "learned"!

In the tightest of nutshell`s ( as I`m getting dinner, yet again! ) he was a UKIP candidate last May and therefore supports withdrawal from the EU.
You can "google" him of course for his credentials etc., but if he thought it a good idea to remain captive in the EU for economic reasons, I can`t somehow imagine that he would support our party.

The First Law of Economists: For every economist, there exists an equal and opposite economist.
The Second Law of Economists: They're both wrong.

Rumours have it that the pro drugs Nigel Farage will once again take up the Baton of the failed Lord Pearson and run in any UKIP leadership campaign .
I wonder how Vic feels about having a pro drugs as leader of his beloved party?.

by pro drugs is he simply saying that they should be legalised, if so there are many top police officers in the country that would back him in an attempt to stop the criminal gangs runnign the trade.

Mr Farage is not pro Drugs if he was I would not be in UKIP.and if I found out he was then I would go.

Good argument legalising drugs. Put huge tax on and bolster the Exchequer whilst driving the crooks out of that particular business. If the Farago chap is suggesting that move I may have to think about UKIP again.
Hmm, have thought about UKIP again and won't be changing my allegiances anytime soon.

Vic, you insist in calling me Mr Perkins when we are actually on first name terms, but I haven't complained that you do so.
Farago is just a play on words.

I would welcome that, or even Skinspider.
I just hope he isn't trying to find Farago in the dictionary under F, it might b a fruitless search. But God help me when he does find the word and proper meaning!!!!

Vic, I don't take offence at anything you say as I know you well enough to know you are a gentleman and a gentle man, and mean no harm. Your passion is admirable but I can't help being amused by some of the stuff you political types come out with and I enjoy poking about to get a reaction. I too mean no personal offence.
