    Mr Moffatt,sorry we got cut off on the phone,but as you know,I do support this one and any help I can give just aske.I think we could the welders etc needed onces it gets back to Dover,And it would also help with Roger and what he his doing with the younger workforce that can not get work. This coud be a greaqt asset to the town and training of our younger workers.
