Yes and no = it probably helps with the lottery bid but the restrictions on how you can change G1 buildings is even more onerous and may will require a change of tack from DDC

I suspect it might change what they are now allowed to do which I think is what Ross was referring to.

I believe that the application for Grade 1 status was factored in to the proposals from day 1.
