  I actually had a look at those flats when I came here...or I wasnt long here so had a look with view to maybe buying one. Although they appeared to be well made and well laid out and so on...there were no carparking spaces allocated. You had to take potluck with your parking around the town!! Although in some ways a relatively small problem, in other ways its a real no - no. You cant sell new stuff without facilities these days.. With a young child at the time going back and forth and nowhere to park a car...a problem which put us off. So didnt proceed.
  
  Taking the public carpark away and giving it to the flats might have solved that problem...but...
