    Have had a giggle to myself after reading their brochure:

    An Aspirational New Address Elysium Park offers high levels of luxury within a desirable suburban locale, yet is still within easy reach of the town centre of Dover itself with its eclectic range of shops, cafes and bars.

    Also:

    Families will be equally well placed at Elysium Park with the Green Park Primary and Charlton Church of England primary schools both in easy reach. For older children, Dover College is an excellent independent school admitting children of 3 to 18 years.

    Not even the Grammar schools were worth a mention!!
