  This is NOT a Consultation period at all, the Hospital is going to be build on the Buckland site there is no master plan or anything like it no draft the plans are all in place costing is done for the building itself and that is that,what we can do is make it into a communtiy Hospital help with the way the inside is done out etc. and help with ex funding what will be needed.Or keep fighting the NHS, all that will do is they will walk away, like others walked away from Dover
