    I think you will find that the actual figure that has been stated for Whitfield is 8000 new dwellings, which is utterly ridiculas as Andy as said who on earth is going to buy them? do the dim witted council think that people in the Dover area are going to buy them? if so we ought to be prepared for a mass of derilict housing when the masses swarm to Whitfield.

    We had a door drop the other day and the wording was exactly along those lines it also clearly stated that a huge 30% was for affordable housing and, this is the interesting bit, only available to local people.
