Are they open again Ross ? They were closed for quite some time because (apparantly) they were found to contain asbestos.
The toilets at the other end, opposite the Sea Sports Centre, near Richard Mahoney's Information Kiosk, are/were summer only and I believe, owned by Dover Harbour Board.
If they were to open again, they'd need cleaning up and redecorating - a bit like the Grand-Shaft before it was allowed to open - and then not allowed to open.
I agree there should be at least one set of toilets open, but with The Sea Sports Centre, Cullens Yard, De Bradelei's, Dover Marina Hotel, The Yacht Club, Premier Inn, they all have toilets, could not any of those offer their facilities ?
