Speaking to the owner, it is not closing and there are no plans for flats at present. The owners of the Dovorian own the freehold. As the owner of the computer repair shop I can confirm that I have had no rent hike and I am definitely not closing.
Im glad to hear that neither the Cafe or the PC shop are going , I use them both

I contacted the planning department at DDC straight away this came up and was told there is no planning application being worked on for this area, so what is (has been) being said, has been rumours.

Dovorian is always packed, and would have been a sad loss
glad that news incorrect

The rumour factory has been very busy with it's mis-informatio, I was again asked about Netto/Asda taking over Jolley's and Farm Foods which yet again I refuted.
