The Scottish Parliament has passed legislation that does not allow for any new nuclear power stations in Scotland.
The costs that the consumers would pay for adaption to wind and other nenewable energy sources are relatively low and acceptable.
Let's not forget that fossile energy causes pollution and often must be imported, which means that money to import it leaves the national economy.
Scotland is doing very well with these clean-energy projects, which are nature-friendly and economically viable.
Well done Scotland!
