Great News!!!! C PAG (Connaught Park Appreciation Group) under the umbrella of the Castle Forum have managed to secure a Ward Councillor Grant from DTC! Wahey!
Plants are to be released from the nurseries for planting at the end of May, so we start planting beginning of June, we plan to start painting the benches in April
So Connaught Park will start to see a new lease of life very soon, DDC have already started clearing and tidying up other areas of the park so positive vibes all around
From little acorns .......
What we need now are more volunteers, even if its just for an hour, every little helps, just contact me via the Forum or email.
