What you have to say to yourself,is two things only,(1) Is this plan only said by Vic Matcham, and just a hair brain one?.or(2)Is somone with him or talking to him,and the person is well off and would like to see this happing on a site just around the outside of Dover./If youn think No 1 is right then there is no more to be said and stop posting about it.
