    As Vic is not a housing developer, Roger, I can't see him putting forward to DDC any development plans for Connaught Park.
    Apart from that, the Council has to take into account the democratic Community wish, as is the case of Western Heights and Fartingloe, where a 2 hour petition received many hundreds of signatures.

    So any plans to develop Connaught Park with houses would result in lengthy debates and petitions.
