    Connaught Park is in Castle Ward, which if I remember rightly is statistically one of the most deprived wards in the district if not county, not a great marketing tool!

    Can't say I completely disagree with what Vic is saying though, there is a shortage of that type of housing in Dover.
    However, those sort of houses existed around the Park Avenue area until they were largely turned into flats as they were unmarketable as large houses.
