    Vic, there is still an ongoing case with Western Heights and Farthingloe, the District Council has to take into account Public opinion that is deeply contrary to any development up there in the form of houses.

    As for Connaught Park, the main issue is the pond, which has greenery falling into it from some nearby trees, which some folk have mistakenly identified as algae. All rather a storm in a ... pond, really.
