20:5010844i thought that it was a pre-requisite for a prime minister to be boring.
they spend every waking hour working, like the boring kids at schools that piled up the exam results.
i have seen some great wits on the back benches, that is where they will remain.
churchill was probably the only one that had a personality, but he would not have got within a mile of downing street in peace time.

21:1210845I cant see that it's going to be an issue at an election, coz it aint an issue. Nor will Cameron's hair, have you noticed it has started to go back to being parted on the right however he tries to stop it.

23:0810850Sid - he will be taunted by it, that is certain along with his absurd end of boom and bust. He is a living walking joke who is utterly lacking in the ability take mockery and that will show him up. Whether you like it or not, personalities are as important in elections as policies, probably more so and that is where Brown is the big loser.

23:1710852you are beginning to sound desperate now barry, are you really saying that policies and manifestos take second place to whether a prospective prime minister has a good range of one liners?
maybe you underestimate the intelligence of the british public.

07:5510863It is clear that the Blues are scraping the barrel of ammunition against the others - simple verbal abuse has now taken the place of reason and debate. Hurrah for England!!
